Sergio M. Perez has been a staple in the Miami, Florida area since 2007. He studied his Master in Taxation at the Florida International University, which segued into his practical experience in the local Real Estate market as he aptly realized the need to hone in on realty industry skills in order to better serve the interest of many of his regular business clients. He's been passionate about expanding his general knowledge from a young age, but also specifically on matters or factors that directly or indirectly impact the local Real Estate industry. With the encouragement from friends, family, and business clients, he launched his career with Florida Capital Realty; and has served many local as well as foreign stakeholders in the Miami community with their real estate needs since 2012. In his free time he likes to ride his bike, read, and watch movies. He makes sure that his clients feel informed and well served when any transaction takes place.

She has cultivated her extensive experience in a diverse entrepreneurial background in sales, business development, and customer relations; as well as, built a reputation for her outstanding service, and for establishing strong, lasting relationships with her clients. Yisel graduated with her Master in Taxation at the Florida International University, which has added a unique value to her clients by helping them navigate through the local Real Estate Market and their tax implications. Yisel’s attention to detail and personalized care for clientele will ensure full satisfaction.
